For two (2) people to fill vacancies on the Committee of Management. Ms Blanche McMath and Ms Victoria Werohia retired by rotation and are eligible and offer themselves for re-election.

Any person of full age and capacity (other than a member of Committee of Management or a person who has consented to be nominated as a member of the Committee of Management) may be appointed as the proxy of a shareholder.
Proxy forms when completed must be lodged at the office of Electionz no later than 10am, 5 December 2025 (being 48 hours before 7 December 2025).
