As was notified previously, the 2025 Election was deferred due to the privacy breach and the concerns this raised regarding the accuracy of our Share Register. We advised then that an election would take place at a Special General Meeting (SGM).
We’re pleased to confirm the SGM will be held on Sunday, 7 December 2025. This will be properly notified to all shareholders.
Arohamai, we’re aware of some misinformation being circulated about an “election” held on the same day as the AGM. To be clear: MPBI did not hold an election at the AGM. Any results being circulated as “official” are not authorised by MPBI, and we are looking into the source of this information.
All election information will be shared through our official shareholder communications, website, and social media.
