These election results differ from the results announced verbally on the day at the 2024 AGM. The vote by shareholding (poll vote) called for at the 2024 AGM was subsequently declared invalid. The above results are based on the election being held, in the ordinary way, with one vote per voter for each vacancy on the Committee of Management. We apologise for any confusion.
