SGM - Election

Election for two (2) people to fill vacancies on the Committee of Management. Ms Blanche McMath and Ms Victoria Werohia retired by rotation. Ms Blanche McMath is eligible and offers herself for re-election.

Any person of full age and capacity (other than a member of Committee of Management or a person who has consented to be nominated as a member of the Committee of Management) may be appointed as the proxy of a shareholder.

Proxy forms when completed must be lodged at the office of Electionz no later than 10am, 5 December 2025 (being 48 hours before 7 December 2025).
